Functions
Set on the banks of the Swan River in East Fremantle, the Boardwalk Restaurant is a fully licensed restaurant with a large function room at the Aquarama Marina. It features floor to ceiling windows overlooking the river where dolphins and black swans swim amongst the boats.
From formal weddings to corporate cocktail parties, the Boardwalk Restaurant will be the place to entertain your friends and clients, with the function room or the restaurant/enclosed deck area for you to choose from.
Function Room - Exclusive Use Only
Our function room, the Leeuwin Room, is a large airconditioned room with two small balconies with French doors that face towards the river. There is also a larger smoking balcony off to one side. The function room can accommodate 120 guests seated for a formal dinner or 180 guests for a cocktail party. Room hire is $500 (for either breakfast, lunch or dinner) which covers setting up as per your requirements, placing of your name cards and bombonieres, white linen tablecloths, white linen napkins and flexible table sizes (round tables can be provided at a cost of $15 each). There is a minimum spend for the function room of $5,000 on Saturday (and nights we are not normally open). If you would like to have dancing, a dance floor can be installed at a cost of $15 per square metre.
Restaurant and Deck - Exclusive Use
The restaurant is airconditioned and seats 60 guests and is connected to an enclosed deck by sliding glass doors. The deck area seats 50 guests and is cooled in summer by ceiling fans and warmed in winter by outdoor gas heaters. You may have exclusive use of the restaurant and deck. Room hire is $600 (for either breakfast, lunch or dinner) which covers setting up as per your requirements, placing of your name cards and bombonieres, white linen tablecloths, white linen napkins and flexible table sizes. There is a minimum spend of $7,500 for the restaurant/enclosed deck.
It is possible to have use of the entire venue, both the function room and the restaurant/deck. Please contact the functions co-ordinator on 9339 8022.

Seminar Information
Set on the banks of the Swan River in East Fremantle, the Boardwalk is a fully licensed restaurant and function room at the Aquarama Marina. It features floor to ceiling windows overlooking the river with blinds to block out the light (and view) if required. The function room is suitable for a variety of uses such as conferences, seminars, small or large meetings, staff training and corporate launches.
The function room has a seating capacity of 120 theatre style. Hiring fee for the room is $275 (Monday to Friday, not public holidays or weekends) for each day between 8.30am and 4.30pm (all guests gone by 5pm). Any times outside of the hours quoted are charged at $50 per hour or part thereof. We can set the room to your specific seating arrangements and we will provide iced water for the duration of your seminar.

You may prefer to offer your guests our alacarte lunch menu or one of our set menus ranging from $49.50 to $75 per person. We also have a variety of beverage packages or you may wish to select various wines/beer/softdrinks to offer your guests and pay for what is used.
